Our cheese is made from grass fed cows that graze in pastures, feeding them hay in the wintertime & grains only when
necessary. This gives our cheese and butter it's unique flavors. In the winter the cows job changed from producing milk for dairy
products to producing healthy calves for spring.
Our cheese contains no MSG and no Glutens.
